I offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If you need to return an item or exchange an item, please notify me within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item be defective, I’ll be happy to repair forever with no time limit. I string on the finest quality stainless steel professional jewelry wire. Should this wire break, I will replace it free of charge, simply return wire and beads to me for re-stringing.

This excludes items that have been subject to abuse or rough wear. If beads are lost, I will only charge you the expense of the new replacements beads. Likewise, if a bead is damaged through normal wear, I can restring a piece for you, replacing the damaged bead.
